1. Copyright and Limited License

Unless otherwise indicated in the Application/Site, the Application/Site and all content and other materials on the Application/Site, including, without limitation, the Logo, and all designs, text, graphics, visual interfaces, pictures, information, data & software are the property of "Sri Vinayaka Software" or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Application/Site and electronically copy (except where prohibited without a license) and print to hard copy portions of the Application/Site Materials, provided that you (A) use such information for your own business and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast in any media; (B) make no modifications to any such information; (C) do not use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (D) do not use the Application/Site other than for its intended purpose. Any use of the Application/Site other than as specifically authorized herein, without the prior written permission of "Sri Vinayaka Software", is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted herein.

2. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall "Sri Vinayaka Software", its owners, employees or agents be liable for damages of any kind including errors, defects, viruses, unauthorized access, loss & theft of your data in the application.

3. Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Application/Site Terms, "Sri Vinayaka Software" reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Application/Site, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Application/Site.
